For those who inadvertently accepted the injections for one reason or another, the question may arise, “What can I do now?”

For starters, I really don’t know the answer to that question. I don’t think anyone does. We are in uncharted territory here.

But I generally prefer a proactive approach as opposed to a “wait and see” approach.

First and foremost, and perhaps this goes without saying, but avoid getting ANY further injections. No boosters of any kind.

It doesn’t matter what new “variant” they come up with, avoid it at all cost. (Don’t be fooled into using travel or work as an excuse.)

So this statement isn’t misinterpreted: these injections and boosters were designed to kill the human population over time. (See just some of the compelling evidence here.)

Start By Acknowledging Your Fear

Perhaps reading the last few paragraphs was enough to get you to want to stop reading.

Fear has a way of making us shut down.

We’re talking about terrifying life-and-death type of stuff here. And fear and terror are completely normal and valid emotions to feel.

My guess is that, at a subconscious level, everyone who accepted the injections has this same fear about what might have been put in their bloodstream.

But it’s a very different experience to be conscious of this fear versus repressing or denying it.

But if you just started becoming conscious of what’s happening and you want to address it face forward, allow yourself to fully feel your fear first.

Fear can be a powerful emotion, but it’s still just an emotion.

Fear, rage, despair, helplessness, futility—waves and waves of these negative emotions may come on unexpectedly.

Staying present with these emotions reduces their power over us.

Then, we can begin taking action with our innate cognitive abilities while continuing to stay present with whatever emotion arises next.

Diagnostic Tests

So in terms of actions you can take, the first thing I would recommend is a set of diagnostic tests.

The D-Dimer Test

The D-Dimer test is designed to determine if you have micro-blood clotting.

It’s my understanding that you can require a D-Dimer test at most blood testing facilities.

This test will simply establish a baseline for you to observe over time.

Dr. Charles Hoffe explains what he’s seeing with the D-Dimmer test on injected patients:

You may consider taking this D-Dimer test every six months or so to monitor for blood clotting.

The Magnet Test

Many people have reported becoming magnetic after getting the injections. You can find loads of videos online of people sticking magnets and metal objects to their arms where they were injected.

In June, they did a study in Luxembery that confirmed this. (English version). They found that 29 out of the 30 subjects who were “vaccinated” were magnetic on their arms while 0 out of 30 of the non-vaccinated subjects were magnetic.

I have seen numerous reports that graphene oxide is being put in the injections (but unconfirmed).

If this is true, the electromagnetic effect could be caused by graphene oxide.

Graphene isn’t magnetic on its own but it becomes magnetic when heated to body temperature.

So first, I would find a small, thin magnet and see if it sticks to your arm where you received the injection.

The Bluetooth Test

Next, you might try putting your phone with Bluetooth enabled up to your arm. You’ll find many videos on this phenomenon as well (for example).

I don’t know if this is true or not, but I saw that the mainstream media has tried to debunk it, so more than likely it is true.

But just like with the magnets, it won’t work for everyone. Apparently, your phone has to be very close to your arm for it to work.

The Blacklight Test

As if this wasn’t all bizarre enough, you can try the black light test.

You can take a blacklight flashlight and scan it over your arm including the veins in your hand.

There are rumors that Luciferase was put in the injects as well. Luciferase is the name of the enzyme in the quantum dot technology I discussed in Part 3. It can cause a bioluminescent glow.

Again, I haven’t seen any formal studies on this one either.

The Nano Wire Test

Finally, you can purchase a 600X+ USB microscope.

In the States, you can get one on Amazon for less than $25 (like this one). You plug it into your computer and open the software program (Photobooth usually works on a Mac).

Then, you examine your skin. It takes practice to get comfortable with these high magnification levels and adjusting how close/far to keep the camera. Keeping the camera steady enough to examine yourself can be a bit tricky in the beginning. But after a while, you’ll be able to thoroughly check various regions of your body.

Pay particular attention to areas of itching, broken skin, and other skin abnormalities.

This can get pretty “sci-fi” if you’re not aware of what’s been going on with chemtrails, Morgellons disease, and all of the nanoparticles they have been dumping on us for decades.

A researcher from Canada, Bryan396, has been documenting and photographing the various synthetic substances he has found on his body and others.

I’m confident that most skin issues are nano-related. Numerous researchers believe that most diseases, in general, are nano-related. They may very well be right.

These synthetic nanowires that you will likely find can be black, white, red, blue, green, purple, and so on. This nanotechnology is self-assembling. Some of the early research in this area was conducted by a group of scientists in Europe including Harald Kautz Vella. (Warning: this type of material can be “far out” for those that are new to it.)

These synthetic nanoparticles are in virtually everyone whether you have taken the injections or not. But I suspect that those injected will begin to see a concentration of these synthetic constructions as the body usually tries to expel foreign substances from the skin.

Potential Solutions and Safety Protocols for Experimentation

First, none of this is health advice.

Second, I really don’t know for certain if any of this will work to reduce the potential effects of the injections.

Third, keep in mind that many people received different kinds of injections.

In fact, I’ve seen reports from multiple countries where doctors and nurses are giving patients saline solutions instead of the “vaccines.” That is, many medical professionals are aware of what’s really going on. In Nice, France, an entire hospital staff has openly refused to give the injections.

That said, I do believe that these protocols are worth doing. And they are highly useful for those who haven’t taken the injections as well.

Targeted Supplement Regime

Below are some protocols you might explore. But please note that I am not an expert in this area and I don’t have sufficient experience to evaluate the efficacy of these protocols.

Clif’s Protocol

In terms of protection from the Covid bioweapon, forecaster Clif High’s research suggests that vitamin D deficiency is a big issue. He believes a lot more people who were injected will start to get sick in late autumn when there’s less sun exposure.

He recommends:

  • 10,000 IU daily of Vitamin D for immune support (15,000 IU in winter)
  • NAC for cellular repair
  • Ivermectin (12 mg dose for regular adults; body weight is a factor for dosage)
  • Glutathione to flush out graphene oxide and SPIONS
  • Minimum 3 grams of liposomal vitamin C daily for intracellular “cemet” repair)
  • Chaga mushroom tea (couple of cups; 1/4 tsp chaga powder in 8 oz of warm water)
  • Balanced Zinc (15 zn to 1 cu) to protect againt covid and degrade spike proteins and SPIONS

To prepare Chaga tea with the highest potency, purchase Chaga bark and grind it in a coffee grinder. Steep it in warm water for at least 30 to 45 minutes before drinking it.

Reversal of Vaccine Damage

I don’t know the person who posted this, but someone shared this “rapid treatment” protocol:

  • 30mg melatonin / 500mg nicotinic acid – look up niatonin method
  • 2000mg 3x a day IP-6 – iron binding
  • 1000mg curcumin with black pepper 3x a day – iron binding
  • Sodium Thiosulfate 1tsp a day – calcium binding

Tony’s Protocol

Tony Pantalleresco is a well-known herbalist in Canada. He has been well aware of what’s going on for over a decade. He has invented numerous protocols and devices as a defense again the bombardment of nanoparticles.

I have built most of his inventions and I use his anti-nano bucket regularly.

I should warn you, Tony looks like a “crazy conspiracy theorist” or a “mad scientist” working in a bunker. And he communicates in a “less civilized” manner that might make some people uncomfortable. He’s also very opinionated and fundamentalist about many things. But he’s also incredibly well-informed and highly knowledgeable in his areas of expertise.

Tony doesn’t recommend that you take capsules or tablets (and I agree). Most of them contain silica and other agents that cause more problems related to nanotoxicity. Instead, use bulk powder. He provides a tutorial on how to get ascorbic acid with other supplements here.

Reduce EMF Exposure

Based on my research, I’m absolutely convinced that EMF and 5G is going to play an increasing role in this pandemic narrative.

When you combine heavy-metal toxicity, graphene oxide, and massive high electromagnetic frequencies, it spells DANGER for our biology.

So here are some steps you can take:

Get a high-quality EMF meter

If it’s within your budget, I recommend purchasing a Safe and Sound Pro II RF Meter. It’s one of the best EMF meters on the market and even though it’s $385, it’s still cheaper than a lot of other options.

This meter has significantly higher sensitivity than less expensive meters.

After you test your WIFI router, your phone, etc. you will understand the rest of my recommendations.

If you can’t afford any of these options or don’t have access to one in your country, you can also search videos on the Web where people test out their devices with various EMF meters.

Permanently shut off WIFI at home

Hardwire your home. The easiest way to do this is to get a device like a TP-Link AV1000 Powerline Ethernet Adapter.

You simply do not want to subject yourself or your family to the radiation being emitted from your WIFI router.

Shut off Bluetooth on every device—computers, pads, and phones

Never use them. Go back to wires. Again, if you use the EMF meter recommended above, you will understand why.

Even if you’re not using a Bluetooth device, make sure this option is set to “off” on all of your devices.

Stay away from your smartphone

Most people don’t realize their our phones are slowly killing us. The data on this is conclusive. The SARS radiation levels on each brand of phone vary.

Generally, the newer the phone, the more radiation it emits. iPhone 11, for example, emits high levels of radiation even when it’s shut off.

If you need to use your phone on occasion, always keep it in an EMF protection case and use wired earbuds.  (The case has to be closed. If the front of the phone is exposed, the case isn’t doing anything.)

When you’re not using your phone, put it on Airport mode, or shut it off. Keep it away from you. When you sleep, keep your phone out of your bedroom.

Personally, I stopped using mine long ago.

Ground yourself

There’s a growing amount of evidence that grounding yourself to the Earth has a host of physical and mental benefits. I do it often and I can attest to its efficacy.

When you’re working on a computer, always use some form of grounding equipment. You can purchase one or make it yourself. (I use both.) You can also get earthing sheets for when you sleep.

Protect your head

You can find all kinds of EMF protection gear and clothing online. I often wear an EMF protection hat when I’m working. As someone who can feel the effects of EMF, I can say from my experience, that an EMF cap can make a difference.

I have purchased all kinds of EMF fabrics, clothing, and equipment from LessEMF.com. The website is terrible, but they have the best materials I’ve found on the web.

Check Your pH Balance

In general, the key to maintain physical health is keeping a neutral pH balance.

Acidity is the precursor to illness.

You can purchase pH test strips anywhere online (inexpensive) and test your pH balance regularly.

If you find that your body is acidic, change your diet to more alkaline foods.

Try a Deep Cellular Cleanse

While I don’t agree with his view on meat, I do agree with his explanation of plasma.

Because I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself, the question becomes, how can you do a complete “biological reset” to enable the cells in your body to heal themselves?

To adjust Darko’s recommendation, I would experiment with extensive fasting with just distilled water mixed with chlorides (salt).

Although this suggestion might appear to be the most extreme, it’s entirely possible that it will be the most effective.

Find Like-Minded People

Worldwide lockdowns, masks, and segregation are all designed to weaken people’s resolve.

With less resolve and more anxiety, it makes it easier for individuals to succumb to propaganda, mind control, peer pressure, and coercion.

So it’s helpful to establish a group of people you can communicate with. For many people, their existing family and friends can play this role, however, for others, this isn’t the case.

Sometimes, just finding one like-minded individual that also understands what’s going on is enough.
