Apparently the OSHA regulation halting mandatory C-19 vaccines is in place UNTIL DECEMBER 6th, 2021.
It is now open to public comment. My understanding is that the 9th Circuit and 5th Circuit decisions provided only temporary relief. Our response as a nation now will decide if it comes to a judicial review on a wider scale.
OSHA is asking for public input on its proposed mandates and invites people to submit letters, emails, etc. You can go to the link below and voice your opinion before Dec. 6th. All details can be found here:
