One thing I’ve observed in researching these topics for many years is that the focus tends to stay fixed on the problems, not the solutions.
It’s understandable why this is so.
First, the problems are massively complex.
The complexity alone can create a kind of helplessness that drives us to “stay informed,” but not do much else.
We can become consumed by neurotic fear, which can paralyze us, limiting our internal resources.
Advice like “fight back,” “resist,” and “wake up,” often end up re-enforcing our fears.
I don’t find these sentiments supportive and I have no reason to believe these dictums lead to positive change.
While the future is uncertain, below are numerous things we can do on an individual level—both internally and externally.

Consider How You’re Supporting Their Agenda
Here are two things we need to keep in mind regarding what’s unfolding:
- Collectively, we all have made their agenda possible.
- Collectively, we all have the power to change it.
How have we made their global governance agenda possible?
By funding it, each and every day!
For example, we financially support and enable their future control grid every day by:
- Banking at big, national banks
- Shopping at Amazon.com and Walmart
- Going to national supermarkets
- Using the technocrats’ centralized platforms
- Listening to mainstream news
- Paying for streaming services like Netflix and Hulu
- Allowing the full tracking and aggregation of our data
And it’s understandable why. They make it so convenient to do so!
If we want to change the course of the future, each of us needs to make a series of decisions and take specific actions that place us on a different trajectory.
Here are a few behavioral changes to consider:
- Can you switch to a local bank instead of supporting the big banks like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and so on? (This includes your credit cards.)
- Can you make more purchases from online, small business retailers instead of using multinational brands like Amazon and Walmart (that are integrally tied to the coming control grid)?
- Can you shop locally more (in general) instead of using the Big Box retailers?
- Can you support your local farms, food cooperatives, food markets, and CSAs?
- Can you begin migrating from centralized, social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and Youtube to decentralized platforms like Telegram, Minds, Hive, Steemit, Flote, and Bitchute?
- Can you stop giving any attention to the mainstream channels and news sources that are influencing your beliefs and consciousness in ways that most people can’t appreciate?
- Can you make it more difficult for them to track and aggregate your user data? (see the section below on privacy strategies)
These behavioral changes may seem inconvenient—and they certainly are. I’ve been consciously making these changes over time, for years now.
You also might think: What difference can this actually make?
If only a few individuals make these changes, it won’t really make any difference at all.
However, if tens of millions of people began making these changes, within a short time, I believe we would begin to see interesting results.

Evaluate the Data and Evidence on Vaccines Carefully
At this point, whether or not you choose to get vaccinated is a personal choice.
Please review the resources I shared in Part 3 carefully and educate yourself about vaccinations.
And please review the testimonies of these medical experts.
Most individuals (including most physicians) are grossly ill-informed on this topic. Big Pharma has invested heavily to ensure this is the case.
I’m personally convinced that vaccines (in general) are incredibly harmful to our biology and mental health.
And based on the evidence I’ve reviewed thus far, it seems apparent that the SARS-COV-2 “vaccines” will have irreparable consequences that may sound like something out of science fiction.

Start Becoming More Self-Sufficient
The globalists’ agenda can only work because they have got most of the world’s population adapted to their systems—including financial, commerce, food, energy, and even education.
Most individuals are reliant on their system for survival. This must change if we don’t want their agenda to succeed.
I realize that most individuals and families are not in a position to become fully self-sufficient, however, everyone can make strides in this area.
As a thought experiment, consider these questions:
- If your local power grid went down for several months, how would you adapt?
- If you couldn’t go food shopping for months—or there was no food available in stores —what would you do?
- If they shut off your water supply, how would you get water?
- What if Amazon and other online retailers weren’t available for delivery?
The average home has less than a week or two of food on hand.
So if/when a crisis emerges, civil unrest, chaos, and suffering will occur rapidly.
But what if …
- Everyone had months of food and supplies on hand?
- We start to become our own central banks? (see below)
- Many homeowners installed a hand pump on their well?
- Individuals were more connected with their local community?
- You had a solar generator?
Self-sufficiency requires a great deal of education and forward planning. But it’s simply to get started: just buy an extra month or two of food that you would normally eat.
The globalists use scenario planning to execute their global agendas. Shouldn’t we use the same level of strategic planning as well?
Assume that nothing you currently have access to you will be available for a series of months and plan accordingly.
The drive toward preparedness isn’t about being afraid; it’s about providing peace of mind for you and your family.

Avoid Wearing Masks

Third, masks are commonly used as a tool for torture and compliance.
Masks are used as a way to induce compliance among the populace:
And there’s a fourth reason to avoid wearing masks:
Human beings access empathy by reading the emotions on each other’s faces. Unless you’re trained in this area, this face reading happens super-fast and mostly unconsciously.
By everyone wearing masks, everyone is stripped of a profound level of information about each other which leads to a reduction in empathy and understanding of others.
Forcing people to wear a mask is truly inhumane.
When you put on the mask, you are forfeiting your individuality. You are becoming part of a “hive mind” collective (that then will necessarily judge and condemn anyone who isn’t wearing a mask).
On an esoteric level, wearing a mask represents consent to vampirism. When you put on the mask, you are silently making an agreement to feed on the fear of others (who don’t wear masks).
Try not to wear a mask when you’re surrounded by a group of people wearing masks. Notice how these faceless people are condemning you. Feel their hatred towards you and fear of you.
Notice how this experience strips you of your power and energy—regardless of how conscious you are of what’s going on.
When you put on a mask, you are consenting to the idea that humans (you) are a disease. This mask-wearing protocol represents a full-blown attack on humanity.
One solution is to wear a bandana instead of a mask. It’s more breathable. And it’s easy to keep it pulled down around your neck. Then, you can put it on if a store clerk instructs you to do so.
But there’s no easy solution here. You will be gaslighted by those around you. It takes courage and strength to go against the collective mind-control and propaganda.
If enough people understand what was going on and simply stopped wearing masks outside, the entire agenda would fall apart that day!
Preserve Your Existing Wealth
To prepare for what’s to come, it would be beneficial if everyone became their our own “central bank”.
The financial markets are all being artificially propped up right now. But that won’t last forever.
For those of you reading this who have any savings, it’s important to take steps to preserve your existing capital as we approach the World Economic Forum’s “financial reset.”
First and foremost, if you have a mortgage and you’re in the position to pay it off, consider doing so. This way, you own your property without any future bank involvement. (Unfortunately, the banking industry already owns the majority of homes in America.)
You don’t have to be a financial wizard to see what’s unfolding in the banking industry. For one thing, the FED is the process of buying up everything they can. (Remember, as we reviewed in Part 3, the FED is a private institution owned by the bankers.)
Many people are talking about the collapse (or devaluation) of the US dollar, but really, what we’re likely approaching is far more severe: a collapse of the entire current monetary system (which appears to be orchestrated by the controllers).
As such, a standard checking or savings banking accounts is likely not going to be a safe haven to preserve your capital. (And no, the standard FDIC insurance won’t necessarily protect us either.)
If history repeats itself, millions of citizens will lose all of their savings in a matter of days when the collapse happens. (That’s what globalists like Klaus Schwab want so that people will willingly accept their Communism 3.0 protocols like universal basic income and their social credit system that they control.)
Plus, with zero or no interest rate combined with inflation, cash in the bank continues to lose value.
When economic confidence declines, investors look to hedge against a collapse of their local currency.
Gold has a high storehouse of value with a proven track record.
Many metals analysts say that silver is even more undervalued. The benefit of silver is that it can potentially be used for trade and barter in the case of a complete economic collapse.
It’s entirely possible that we will not be able to purchase precious metals in the future.
Diversification is a powerful principle in investing. That is, consider allocating a portion of your wealth to precious metals.
September 2021 Update:
I’m hearing from various sources that some major bank failures may start happening by early 2022.
Even though I discussed the “dark side” of cryptocurrencies in Part 3, diversifying some of your available assets into Bitcoin (BTC) might be a good idea (assuming this is something that you’re comfortable doing).
(I would personally stay away from any “proof of stake” coins as these are all centralized by design.)
If you are already invested in BTC or other cryptocurrencies, it’s unwise to keep your crypto on centralized exchanges because if the banking system starts to fail, the centralized exchanges (including Coinbase) could go down as well.
So be sure to own your keys and store your crypto on a hard wallet (Ledger, Trezor, etc).
What Catherine Austin Fitts explained in her interview (bottom of Part 3) is that blockchain technology can be used as part of the control grid, which is true. Her viewpoint, however, is based on the idea that the globalists are going to be successful with their agenda. But no one knows the outcome of what’s unfolding. So diversification seems wise, from my perspective.
Also, I don’t have any reason to believe that decentralized finance (DEFI) is part of the globalist’s agenda, which could be one reason why the SEC is trying so hard to regulate the entire industry. With DEFI, the current centralized system loses a large degree of control.
Based on numerous sources, I do have reason to believe that they will attempt to crash the entire crypto market at some point in the future. But I have no certainty on how things will play out.
So in the short-term at least, I think Bitcoin is something to consider as another way of diversifying and hedging against a financial collapse. The main thing to understand is that owning fiat currency—especially in a bank—holds far more risk than the average person can appreciate.

Avoid Mainstream Media (as a source of “valid” information)
Channels like CNN, CNBC, ABC as well as newspapers like The New York Times and Washington Post have all been compromised.
Mainstream news outlets have become full-blown propaganda machines for the globalists.
They are able to control the narrative mainly because the masses still direct their consciousness to their channels and sources.
As such, they can effectively scare the world into wearing masks, staying 6-feet from each other, and lining up for vaccines.
The television tells-lies-to-your-vision. And these lies become reality when enough people agree with them.
If you’re going to continue watching mainstream media sources, use discernment. Do your best to see the narrative (story) they are presenting to you.
Remember:
- ALL of the mainstream media outlets are owned by 6 companies and controlled by a handful of individuals.
- The majority of what you see on mainstream news is now “fake news” and propaganda (especially a news outlet like CNN).
- Propaganda has been legal in the United States since July 2013. It’s used liberally in every other nation as well.

Educate Those Who are Willing to Listen
The truth is that by dividing us, the globalists know they can control us.
The ruling class has used the “divide and conquer” motif since antiquity.
But if the majority does not consent to what’s unfolding, their plan is less likely to succeed.
Some individuals are so hypnotized and programmed by their system that they will fundamentally reject any information that conflicts with the system’s narrative.
Many people’s reactions to vaccines are a perfect illustration of this.
Those who have engineered this vaccination campaign continue to reinforce the idea that “anti-vaxxers” are ill-informed, dangerous people—regardless of the overwhelming data that shows the contrary.
But many individuals are receptive to new information—especially if you approach the topic in a thoughtful, considerate way.
Of course, it’s not always easy to do this. If you attempt to make an assertion that conflicts with their current beliefs, it creates an internal tension that most often leads to rejecting the assertion.
I have found it best to provide the evidence in a logical way and then share it with those who are receptive and open-minded enough to evaluate it for themselves.
You can share this website with those whom you believe will be willing to go through the information themselves. (Sometimes you’ll be surprised!)
And share links to videos and articles that you think might resonate with them.
Also, remember the kind of skepticism and disbelief you had when you were first exposed to this “alternative” information.
If you can address the kinds of skepticism and objections someone is likely to have upfront, it can sometimes make them more receptive to examining the data with an open mind.
For example, I brought up the “conspiracy theory” associations right at the beginning of this presentation because it’s a common point of resistance that most of us have.
September 14, 2021 Update: there are many signs that the official narrative is breaking down as more whistleblowers come forward and new evidence surfaces. My sense is that some of the people you may not have been able to communicate this type of information with a few months ago may become more receptive within the next month or two.
If You Have Children, Consider Homeschooling
If you have kids in the public school system, and they try to make vaccinations mandatory at school, consider pulling them out of school. (They are only being indoctrinated by the global agenda anyway.)
In learning how this world really works, you have to first unlearn most of what you are taught in the public indoctrination system. Homeschooling is highly advisable in the years ahead.
I realize this is a charged issue for some people, but to address this topic adequately will double the size of this document.
Stay Proactive
In California, they started petitioning Governor Newsom not to deploy 5G installations in schools during the quarantine (back in March).
It’s easy to enter a state of helplessness during times like these and in light of the information being presented.
But the future isn’t set in stone just yet. The cement is still wet…

Reduce Your Exposure to EMF
I think it’s difficult for the average person to appreciate how much our beloved technology influences our biology.
Humans are made of bioelectricity and magnetic fields. The electromagnetic fields from the electricity in our homes and offices, computers, devices, modems, WIFI, etc. do NOT harmonize with our biology.
As author Arthur Firstenberg highlights in The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life, every advancement involving electricity (since 1746) has lead to an onslaught of harmful physical problems.
And every prior “pandemic” occurred during periods of electrical expansion via new technologies.
5G and 6G are many magnitudes more harmful to our biology.
There are numerous ways you can reduce your exposure to EMF:
- Do not live in a home with a smart meter. (See Take Back Your Power). And if you have to, then be sure to shield it.
- Keep your smartphone out of your bedroom
- Keep your phone off whenever possible
- Use a smartphone shielding (RFsafe.com provides shields for Apple and Samsung phones)
- Wear shield garments (this website has all kinds of EMF protection garments)
- Unplug your modem when you go to sleep
- Using grounding equipment when possible. For example, keep your feet on a grounding mat when you work
- Use products that reduce dirty electricity in your homes like Greenwave outlet protectors
- If you live in a city, you can use shielding paint to reduce exposure.
- If you can’t hardwire your home to eliminate the need for WIFI, get a Signal Tamer. I use this on our modem and I’ve measured its effect — it most certainly works!
I also recommend getting an EMF meter so you can measure the electric, magnetic, and microwave levels around your home.
Become More Conscious of Your Privacy
Become more conscious of using social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
Revisit Harvard professor Shoshana Zuboff on what “surveillance capitalism”:
I personally think it’s safe to say that all the data Google has on the public can be used against us in the future. (And this includes your Gmail accounts and Google Drive documents and spreadsheets.)
While I realize it’s an inconvenience, it may be prudent for each of us to begin migrating away from Google apps and moving over to companies and services that focus on privacy.
Please read this article for the only reason you need to stop using Google search and why you need to use a VPN.
Here’s an excellent list of alternatives for your email, browser, search, document storage, calendar, and more.
In terms of email, for example, three alternatives that focus on privacy include:
- ProtonMail (9/7/21 update: discouraging news)
- Tutanota
- Mailfence
For browsers, instead of using Chrome, consider:
- Brave (I have found that Brave performs better than Chrome)
- Tor (Most private and secure option that I’m aware of)
Privacy-Based Search Engines:

(DuckDuckGo used to be a viable option, but it has now been compromised by the globalist agenda.)
For alternatives to Facebook and Twitter:
Also, it makes a lot of sense to use a virtual private network (VPN) to provide more privacy and security for your Internet use. It essentially eliminates your “footprint” online.
Popular VPNs include:
- ExpressVPN
- NordVPN
- CyberGhost
- VirtualShield
These services are relevantly inexpensive (about $2.50/month), and it generally takes less than 20 minutes to get it all set up.
Instead of using your standard SMS texting service that comes standard on your phone, consider switching to a privacy-based app like Signal.

INTERNAL STRATEGIES
Acknowledge and Use Fear Proactively
In these chaotic times, it’s normal to feel anxiety, to even panic on occasion.
Fear is not the enemy here. Fear is potential. It’s the adrenaline that can keep you alert and prepared.
Fear represents an enormous opportunity—if used wisely.
The global and national events unfolding now are designed to generate fear and panic, which impairs our ability to clearly and objectively evaluate the situation and make effective, long-term decisions.
The controllers want everyone to be afraid right now because fear shuts off our executive function—the part of the brain that helps us make decisions.
In a position of fear, we are more likely to go along with whatever narrative they put before us without questioning it.
Many people avoid learning about what’s going on because they have too much fear to process the information.
Learning how to ground yourself whenever you need to is an important skill for the times to come.
Walking in nature and standing barefoot on the earth definitely can help too.
Acknowledging our fears is the first step to transmuting them into power and positive action.
Question Everything About the Mainstream Narrative
Don’t assume any information being presented in the media is accurate. It’s wise to challenge everything (including what’s being presented here).
There are many well-intended independent researchers trying to figure things out. But then there’s a lot of intentional misinformation in the market.
For example, the CDC accepts private funding, it’s not a purely government-funded agency, which should make everyone skeptical of the information it provides. The same goes for the WHO and NIH.
Again, from the former CIA Director William Casey, “We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false.”
So discernment and due diligence are necessary.
Let Go of the Political Game
As strange as it may sound, politics itself is a tool of the ruling class.
They get us to choose one side, identify with that side and then hate, judge, or vilify the other side.
It’s an age-old game of “divide and conquer. “And it’s incredibly compelling and difficult for us to avoid–unless we become fully conscious of how it works.
As soon as you identify with a side—right or left, Republican or Democrat, Conservative or Liberal, red or blue—you have unknowingly cut off a part of yourself and alienated yourself from anyone who identifies with the other side.
In our minds, we believe our side is “right” and the other side is “wrong.”
Then, we seek to affirm our beliefs by:
- Consuming media that supports our positions,
- Avoiding information that conflicts with our viewpoints, and
- Surrounding ourselves with others who believe as we do.
For example, if you identify with the left, you’re more likely to consume media like NPR, The New York Times, and CNN. To you, that is “truth.” If you see yourself as a conservative, you may prefer something like Fox News.
But if you’re read this far, and have evaluated the information presented here, perhaps you can appreciate how these political ideologies and categories are yet another smokescreen and misdirection from those in positions of real power.
Do you believe, for example, that any President of the United States belongs to a specific party?
At the surface, of course, they appear to be. But on a deeper level, all of them—at least over the last two or three decades—are on the same side. All of them.
How can you discern this?
The most profound way is through an understanding of secret societies and symbolism. But this knowledge is cryptic and takes time to unpack.
The more direct way is found in the old adage, follow the money.
Reagan, Bush senior, Clinton, Bush junior, Obama, Trump—they are all backed and funded by the same financial institution: BlackRock.

Politics is just another way for the elite to distract the masses and keep us hypnotized so we don’t see the control grid that’s being build up all around us. (Instead, we’re busy fighting amongst ourselves.)
While everyone is concerned about the next election or scandal, the Federal Reserve, a private institution, is becoming the single most powerful entity on the planet.
As difficult as it may be for some of us who have been indoctrinated and conditioned by this “two-party system,” it simply does not exist—at least, not anymore. It’s another misdirection that’s consuming our attention on the wrong thing.
By withdrawing your emotional and mental energy from this political construct, you will be less susceptible to political manipulation and propaganda. You’ll also have one less reason to battle with certain friends and family members.
Constellate the Energy Within Yourself
It’s important to differentiate between the concept of “hope” and “heart.”
Hope is an externally engineered concept.
- “I hope this situation will get better.”
- “I hope this will blow over.”
- “I hope someone will come to save us.”
- “I hope God, Qnon or someone else does something.”
Hope is used by those in positions of power to control the masses.
Hope is looking outward for assistance. Hope and belief are tools of control.
Obama, for example, built his entire platform of rhetoric on the single word: Hope. And the masses ate it up!
Hope, as strange as it may sound, strips us of our innate power and natural abilities. Hope puts you in a trance state, creating passivity and helplessness.
But I’m not suggesting that you should “give up” or feel “hopeless.” I’m suggesting that you access the spirit within you.
While hope places our energy outside of us, heart and spirit constellates our energy within us.
Access our hearts can strengthen our resolve and helps us access the Spirit within us.
The innate power of our energy and Spirit may be limitless. Yet, this system we find ourselves in seems engineered to cut us off from our innate energy. Nevertheless, our internal energy holds great, untapped power.
Call on this power instead of accessing hope (whereby you give your power away). Put your awareness on your own internal energy. Feel the Spirit within you. Let that energy grow and guide you.
Taking the time to ground yourself to the Earth can be incredibly helpful as well.
Visualize How You Want it To Be
This suggestion can be challenging.
It’s important to become educated and informed about what’s unfolding so you can prepare and make appropriate decisions.
But at the same time, if you fixate on the problems and the controller’s agenda, in a way, you’re helping to bring it about.
This is an important concept that may sound too esoteric to some readers, but here’s the reality even from the standpoint of quantum physics:
Our consciousness creates and influences reality.
This is why the controllers invest so much time, energy, and resources into controlling the narrative. If enough people believe something, it can literally come into being.
The controllers are guiding us toward a Fascist, cold, dystopian future where humans become cyborgs connected to a hive mind that they control.
But what future do you want to see?
- Can you imagine a world without this agenda?
- A world where everyone has enough food, clean water, and shelter?
- A world that supports humanity and allows it to flourish?
- A world where free energy is available for all?
I’m not suggesting that we should rely on positivity instead of being aware of what’s actually going on and prepare accordingly. (I see a lot of this attitude and behavior in New Age circles.) Arguably, that would be irresponsible.
But we also need not discount the power of our consciousness.
For those who understand this principle, our thoughts build energy in the etheric realm and then manifest in the physical. The controllers understand this; but ultimately, the power may be in all of us—if we claim it.
Fortify Your Immune System
It’s worth considering what might happen to this “pandemic,” if everyone:
- Shut off the media
- Shifted their attention away from fearing a virus
- Focused on fortifying their immune system instead
There are so many ways to strengthen your immunity system.
For example, the Swiss Policy Research Collaboration suggests the following protocol:
- Zinc (25mg to 50mg per day)
- Quercetin (250mg to 500mg per day)
- Bromhexine (24mg to 36mg per day)*
- Vitamin D (2000 IU per day)
- Vitamin C (1000mg per day)
Other medical and herbal experts suggest:
- All chlorides (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, copper, zinc, etc.)
- Iodine (Lugol’s solution)
- Selenium
- Ascorbic acid (vitamin C
- GSE (grapefruit seed extract)
- Essential oils (thyme, oregano, summer savory, cinnamon, clove, ginger, garlic)
This video by herbalist Tony Pantalleresco illustrates a very potent way of taking ascorbic acid that incorporates most of the ingredients listed above. (Tony has an “unusual” personality, but he’s incredibly knowledgeable. I use a modified version of this formula almost daily.)
Stay Mentally and Emotionally Strong
Decades of research in humanistic psychology reveal that neurosis (anxiety and depression) are much more prevalent when our environment lacks psychological safety.
In the absence of psychological safety, we express less creativity and experience more mental illness.
In the years to come, there will be less and less psychological safety in society.
(I make this statement based on numerous forecasting models and evidence from numerous fields of science that I’ve come to trust over time. Even without this global takeover agenda, there are massive weather changes and food shortages on the horizon.)
This virus, like any virus, shows symptoms in those that already have compromised immune systems.
This means that it’s essential to focus on cultivating a strong internal structure that can weather the storms to come.
Negative emotions like excessive stress and anxiety can disrupt the body’s biofield more than anything else.
Find ways to discharge this emotional energy as best as you can.
To a certain degree, it’s a choice to allow them to drag you into their chaos.
You don’t have to give psychic or energetic consent to any of this. (But through complacency, passivity, and ignorance, that’s what we do.)
Find practices and methods that work for you. For example:
- Return to your center when you’re feeling overwhelmed
- Breathe like a Jedi to reduce anxiety
- Ground yourself to the earth
- Stand still to consolidate the energy within you
There are many practices that can produce results—if applied earnestly.
Stay Vigilant
We have been lulled to sleep by the illusion of safety, by our never-ending pursuit of comfort, and by our illusionary belief that authorities are there to protect us.
In 1984, Orwell highlights a future run by Draconian-level control.
But in A Brave, New World, Huxley illuminates a control grid driven by the individual’s pursuit of pleasure and comfort.
It appears that both of these narratives are accurate.
But in terms of pleasure and comfort, our social conditioning in this area plays against our instincts.
Even after you consume this information, you’ll still likely find a tendency to simply go back to whatever you were doing—to pretend it’s all not true. (I’ve witnessed this happen to me and those around me more times than I can count over the years!)
However, the more grounded you are, the more vigilant you will become. Watch the tendency to become complacent and slip back into old patterns.
You may hear a voice in your head that says, “Oh, everything will work out fine in the end.”
Although this sentiment may appear productive, it’s actually disabling.

In Man’s Search for Meaning, holocaust survivor Victor Frankl reported as much.
Frankly shared how even as people were being stripped of their personal possessions like wedding bands and watches, they still didn’t think they were in any imminent danger.
Vigilance and alertness are required for the times ahead.
